i need to find the tcu connectopr in my 98 and i can't seem to track it down, any help is appreciated

IIRC you have to take the panel under the steering wheel off (both the plastic and the metal one) and then look around

ah i found it, right above the gas pedal

Yep gray, and yellow on the right hand side.
