how do these door handles come off??

I was jsut curious before I go out and start messing with these doors...
is there some secret word or somethin that you have to say to get these handles off ..I have looked at it and cant figure out how the top part is supposed to come out ..its quite snug ..now I understand that the armrest will come loose once the two screws have bee removed but there no screww for the top that I can see..

Apparently you weren't the one who took the door panel off? To get the handle off you just take two screws out that you can see then rotate the handle up about 90 degrees and it will pull out of the door. The handle has a stud with flat sides on it that goes into a special nutplate in the door, once the flat sides are lined up with the "locks" in that nutplate it will slide out.
