Cheap $10 China sensor fixed the issue.
Genuine Mopar sensors are made in the same factory as the Chinese ones nowadays...
This one worked and weighed about 1/2 as much more as the other one.

Months later. Installing ac hose.
Same issue is back.
another cps failed? Or I missed something the first time around.
Cel is 12 and 57.
I only removed a ground for headlight relay and wiggled around near the alt.
Right where I was when I was doing the oil change.
Something is up. Gonna slowly pick apart. Perhaps something has a broken wire.
