Need a little help. Bought a 99 XJ. More often than not,it will start, take throttle, then die. I cannot keep it running when it does this. It may do it 6-7 times in a row. Then it will finally start and run fine. Any ideas? Crank sensor I don’t believe it would start at all. IAC it would start and I would be able to keep it running. I have checked fuel pressure. Key on around 45,running around 49-50. HELP lol

If the start/stall is not a fuel issue, then it either an OBD engine sensor issue, or a low battery voltage issue.

Test the Crankshaft Position Sensor and the Throttle Position Sensor. Clean the battery terminals. Load Test the battery.
