Yes! I just took ownership of a '98. Assuming the brackets are pretty interchangeable throughout the years.

97 and up...96 and down.. had older tow hook brackets with integrated bumper mounts form pre 97 and they did not fit my 2k..

The rear mounts are the same. Front mounts are slightly different.

I'm in Long Beach. I drive to Irvine every Monday and Wednesday evening. If you're anywhere around the 405 or close to me, I can drop off/meet up. I have the stock rear bumper that's gonna get chucked too if you want it? haha
