My Pictures (some of them) from the Dunes
Awaiting for every one else to meet at the mountain... time to meet 10:00am time every one got there and we left some time after 11am....
Once we got to the top to then make our way to the back side already there was the stress of heat. an electric fan on a rig was having intermittent problems, which would show its face again through the trip
My Jeep on the other side of the large bowel that had a stuck vehicle
A Taco got stuck, found out they where still running at 45 PSI on their "low profile" rims after airing them down to 25 they worked a lot better... to bad no one had that Toyota recovery vehicle sticker...
Ridding along the rim of one of the bowel rims... this kind of "Jeeping" is quite a different experience then the rocks and trails I have done thus far. Guessing this is the feeling that super cars have on ovals with the huge bank turns...
And of course there needs to be some jumping done at the dune...
And an artistic B/W picture
over all quite fun! got some air in my jeep in which the jeep told me... "what bump stops, thats what your flairs are for" and had a few moments when brawling over the top of a dune was caught by surprise and had a few "Oh CRAP" moments.
