Power Steering Probs

I think that my power Steering Pump is nearing the End of its life....

Today driving to Work it decides to Start Whining again, and its doing this alot lately so i wasent too worried about it right now, then all of a sudden when making turns with the rpm's under 2500 its like i dont have any power steering, now it turns great if its at or above 2500rpm but its extremly noisey. Also its leaking PS fluid out of the whole in the Resivor(sp??) cap.

So is my pump about to take a crap? or is there something else i should check....

You most likely have an air leak in the reservoir or return line. It's sucking air and not giving you power, and foaming the fluid, which expands it and makes it go squirt.

Clean all parts off well, top off, and look for wet spots.

Probably the pump, but don't forget to check the belt too.
