Blend Door

Pretty much same as replacing a heater or evaporator core. Dash has to come out. Just do a search on 'evaporator replacment'... not a pleasant way to spend a weekend..
 
According to the 2000 FSM, the "blend door motor" (servo) itself is replaceable without removing the entire air plenum (heater box).

FYI.............
 
The problem isn't the servo, it's the door itself. It's sticking & the servo can't open it. I might've caught a break though, after loading up with some WD-40 I noticed I now can adjust my A/C temp, although it still doesn't blow as cold as I would like. Perhaps I'll try recharging it. In any event I'll give it a few days & post my results. Thanks for everyone's help.
