Nss
Got a no crank condition. Battery is good, ive went back and forth through the gears several times. I can jump it off the solenoid, and at the starter relay and it fires right up. My reverse lights work too. Think its my nss?

Re: Nss
It's possible. Did you specifically try in Neutral? You can bypass the NSS using a jumper and try the key. If that works it's your NSS. If not, check your ignition switch.

Re: Nss
I did try it in neutral with no luck. I also unpluged ithe nss and jumped the 2 terminals on the bottom of the plug, still no go

Re: Nss
Also, when i jumped the nss, i did with it unplugged. Should i have jumped them on the back side, and left it plugged in?

Re: Nss
Unplugged is fine as long as you do the main harness side, not the NSS side (I know, obvious but it's happened before). If you are sure you got the right pins (you didn't say what year), then it's not the NSS. You can also try a continuity test on the NSS side to make sure.
If it still won't crank with the NSS bypassed, I'd start at the Ignition switch.
