Check Engine Light Misfire Help

Pulled code 43 twice from key turn method. Engine (96 4.0 Auto Trans) seems to be running fine. Replaced rotor, plugs, caps & wires. Reset and few days later got CEL/COde 43 again. Engine APPEARS to be runningfine but obviously something is wrong. Any suggestions as to what to look at-again, no stalling, stumbling, etc noticed.
