cowl induction hood?

thinking of adding one -- zz6 swap going in this weekend, and the intake is a lot taller than my old edlebrock on my 350...

I know I can get a shorter intake, but even on a low-profile intake the cleaner is hitting the hood.. just want to see what's out there, and any thoughts, thanks!
 
I've seen one on ebay......kind of expensive but looks nice.
 
I found a few.. but probably just going to go with a lower-profile intake.
 
If you google "cowl induction hood scoops" there are a bunch available in steel and fiberglass in different sizes. I wonder how hard it would be to add a cowl induction scoop to a hood rather than cutting a stock hood into one.
 
I was thinking the same thing, but I think I'm leaning towards just getting s dual-plane, low rise intake. the zz6 motor I'm putting in comes with a pretty high single plane intake, which really isn't appropriate for my application anyway.
 
Sell/trade the single plane.
