Help with turn signals

My flashers work, but my turns dont. It doesn't register on the dash that im trying to turn either. I checked my fuses, but they are fine.

I need help because the troopers were in town last week writting people up for no blinker use.

probably a bad flasher. it is the round thing plugged into the fuse panel ther is 2 of them one is for the turn sigs ant the other is for the flashers. switch positions with each and see if the turn sigs work and the flashers dont
