RC Sway bar quick disconnect help

So I recently purchased a 4.5 x series lift kit from rough country as it will suit my purpose. I am to the point of installing the sway bar quick disconnects. Rough country's instructions are not the best and there is a assortment of washers that I cannot find a place for. Would anyone be able to help with some pictures possibly? Also when its measured is it measure eye to eye on the link?

For CA length, I would center the axle in the wheel well. Then adjust the top according to caster you want. Yes, typical measurement for CA's is eye to eye. Without CAD brackets, I would say lowers will probably in in the 16.25" range? Uppers probably close to stock at 15"
Are you just running short arms only or with CAD brackets? If you are using your factory flange nuts/bolts on some or all places, wouldn't worry about the washers too much.

I had the same issue. Couldn't figure out what washers went where on the quick discos. I can take a pic of mine tomorrow for you. I have the same kit.
