It's usually bolted to the engine someplace, ford v8 have two, one on each bank. The 06 commander has one. At one point it was always placed near the alternator, some placed them near the radio, but that was along time ago.
Rfi capacitor! That's what's it's called!
If you don't have the same place to bolt it then ground it somewhere else, or leave it out I guess.
