I just drove up there on Thursday. It started to get snowy on the road (and was also snowing lightly at the time) 1/4 mile past the bathroom. I think the bathroom is about halfway up. It didn't seem safe, so I turned around.
EDIT: On the map, it looks like where I turned around was over 3/4 of the way up, but still over a mile from the top.
