I put a superflex 4.5 on my xj plus Acos adjusted to 1.5, I also did the re control arm drop, my problem is that the re fixed lca is 16”, which is to long with my setup. I was hoping someone had a set of re superflex adj Lcas that could measure
Them from bolt hole to bolt hole at min position?

Why? Your spring bucket/spring looks great!

What's your caster at?

Springs are bowed forward in middle a hair, just got vibes today after front shaft re installed and the pinnion is a tad lower than the driveshaft

not that you asked, but

have you flexed it out yet? if not just for the sake of trying, see if when doing so, your bump stop has plenty of room between the coil. I agree, it is set up well, but I do see what your saying.

if the lowers are long enough to drop the pinion, will the adjustable uppers not be enough to solve both issues?

The problem right now is the front axle is 1/4to3/4 to far forward, if I extend the top to pull up the pinnion it will make my springs bow worse, that’s why I’m trying to figure out the rubicon express adj lca at minimum adjustment I’d rather pull one back than forward, and if it’s enough possibly drop the top ones back a 1/4 to help with wheelbase

I see you still have the adjusting collars installed, I would just remove those and see what you get.

If the springs flex freely, there is nothing to fix. The bow in the spring is caused by the tilt in the coil spring mount on the axle. Adjust the pinion angle to eliminate the front driveshaft vibes.

I have RE fixed lower control arms, some adjustable uppers, and RE drop brackets on my 2000 and it all works, no problems.

That's typical, remember your axle is going to be moving back when dropping-out. Some time with it on the trail will guide you as to what if anything is needed.

It sounds more like you have something worn out on the driveshaft. I assume you went from stock to this lift? If that's the case, you're taking a driveshaft that has spent most of its life at the exact same angle and have now increased it. If anything is worn, it will show face now.
