Np 231 front output yoke differences?

Are there any different yokes that either came on or can be used on the front output of the 231 case?
I got a drive shaft thats about a half inch too long and im looking for little tweakes to make the shaft work.
Heres a pic of mine (notice how far the yoke sticks out)
Was wondering if i can find a yoke that doesnt stick out so far.

Spend the necessary $75 or so to have the shaft shortened to what you need, or use the driveshaft length chart in the FAQ's to locate a slightly shorter shaft.

Problem is finding shafts in the junkyard that arent screwed.
When they carry cars back to the yard on the fork lift the forks always rest on the driveshaft.
