Interesting obd2 plug issue...

OK so here is the deal. I just bought a 2001 xj from a municipal auction. I don't know why but when they were removing there flashing lights and radios they decided to CUT OFF THE OBD2 PORT. so I went to go plug in a scanner and there isn't even a plug to plug it in to.

So my questions are...
Does anyone know of a replacement I can buy?
Does anyone have a wiring schematic by color for this plug? If not then can someone please take a pic of the wires going into the back of the plug so I know how to rewire it?

Find a suitable donor, cut off the OBD plug and a good portion of the wire harness, match up and connect the wire colors.
