So i go for a nice wheeling trip today, i go over a small obsticle and my engine just dies... so there i sit trying to figure out whats going on, i check for spark, no spark, so i start looking at more things and check the fuses under the hood, the "engine control 2" fuse is blown (20 amp fuse), i take the fan fuse and put there, starts right up, well it did two more time that day, everytime it was when i was starting to go up an incline, any ideas? any help is GREATLY appriciated!
PS its a 94 with the l6 HO

You have an intermittant short in the circuit.

Use a digital multimeter with an audible circuit tester and trace the circuit while flexing the harness until you find it.
