going flare-less

i was wondering if anyone knew what exactly has been done to these fenders after the flares and brackets were removed...

and if anyone has any better pics of something like this for the back 1/2
 
Looks like they just left the stock flare mounts for the 97+ flares.
 
Careful,mot/dot dont like tires sticking out beyond the flares. At least having stock flares make it look like your attempting to comply, my buddy went flareless with 33's and was told almost immediatly to install flares, now he has goody looking oversized bushwackers

2000/2001 have a lot of little trim and body differences from the 97-99 models.
 
I like the set up you got there hot rod, I just ordered my or fab bumper and actually got the idea to go flare less after seeing how nice yours looked
