Do you need to jack up the engine or will the pan come off without doing that? Just trying to plan my weekend.....Thanks!

how much lift do you have? WIth about 4.5"+ up front the pan barely cleared for removal. For installation I took my highlift to the bumper and jacked it up 1" for better access.JeepinPA said:

Actually in my case teh axle was sitting firmly on the ground and all I did was just "unload" it on the coils a bit.JeepinPA said:
