Starter Relay Wiring

Today I briefly got stuck. Turned the key, heard the fuel pump - no crank. Giggled connectors and relays - nothing. Tapped the starter and it cranked at a lower RPM then typical but it started. Got it home charged the battery, same lower RPM cranking starter issue.

OEM part number shows a 4 post Battery, Solenoid, Ignition and Ground.
Digging around the forum a 5 post is discussed which adds a fuel pump.

Current relay is a 4 post, however there is a light green wire with a female flat connector which is not connected to anything floating nearby

To beat the time cut off I ordered a new AC Delco starter and a 4 post starter relay Standard Products (SR-105). Is the 4 correct? What is the light green wire for?

Appreciate the help!

The source of the light green wire was the starter relay. It was an additional ground attached to the metal bracket.

No oil but plenty of rust. Much quicker with the new parts installed.
