Rocker Panel

Last night i crushed part of my rocker panel, do i have to replace the whole thing, or can i just bend it back out...its pretty well flush with the floor but there is a little bit of a lip where i guess i can grab it with a pry bar. i just dont wanna go prying on something that will do me nothing. id leave it go, but the rest of the body is fine, and i want to atleast try to keep it nice.

Thanks
Brad

rocker repair procedures
1) get sawzall
2) cut rocker off
3) buy 2x5 box steel and some angle
4) Measure it, weld it paint it,
5) Never get a damaged rocker again
michigan jeepers write up Very nice, pretty close to what I'm doing
madxj go to the tech section and scroll down to the rocker replacement section.

Much cheaper than fixing it and buying some expensive rock rails. (YMMV)
