How do i post pictures?????

the way it was discribed in that link was the way i was trying it. i tried it again and i still cant get it to work. i go into that manage attachments window then paste

and click upload and nothing happens some times it says uploading image but it never uploads. and other times it says uploading image and he little bar that tells you something is happening works but when it finishes it says done and the window still says uploading image and still nothing happens.
 
Those instructions were remise ...

If you right click on the photo, scroll the pop-up menu and select "properties"... then highlight the "address (URL)" in the "properties" window ... right click ... select "copy" in menu ... right click then "paste" URL between "insert image" icon while composing your post --->
