Dana 44 diff cover, aluminum with fins. Used but super at keeping your differential cool. Especially important if you use that diff for towing. Includes plug and bolts. Some scraping of lower fins but no problem, also has a 1/8" deep groove, 3/4" wide on seal surface in top area as mounted. This groove seals just fine with any gasket sealer, never leaked on me. Cleans up & polishes real nicely. Cost me $120 plus shipping. $40 sounds like a great deal.
