5 years on this thing. teenager killed it today running a stop sign and hitting me . knocked me across the street and up into someone's driveway. ER says i am ok but sore as hell. got all leaks fixed and radiator in. so much work....dammn

It can happen to any one of us at any time. Try to think positively about it, you survived. Your XJ may be dead, but you are not. 37,000 people a year in the USA are not as lucky as you. I hope you have a quick recovery.

That sucks. I had the EXACT same thing happen to me and another xj we had. It was not an enjoyable experience. At least you were ok though! I was sore for a few months.

We had a jeep and a chevy van totaled that were parked in front of our house they were hit by a drunk driver.
