Aftermarket Shifters for ax-15

Just curious to see if anyone out there has used a hurst shifter or similiar for the ax15. I just got done putting in a new clutch on my 97 xj and would like to have a little better shifter throw. My buddy put a short throw in his 2002 mustang and it is bad. i know the jeep will be nothing like this. $200 is a lot to spend on the shifter so I was just looking for some input be fore i make a move. Thanks

I bought a Hurst for my '93 a couple of years ago, for me it was well worth the $180 I spent on it. It's nice having a tight and precise shifter.
