WTB: 1997+ Two door driver trim panel.

I need a 1997 to 2001 two door driver trim panel with all power options. The only requirement is that the cover that goes over the power switches must be in good condition and not have the labels worn off.

If you have the DDM in working condition I may be interested in that as well.
