It’s a sad day let me start by saying I was not Drinking or Speeding. This is more of a freak accident. We were going night wheeling on a class 4 rd in Huntington VT I have been there many times before. As we made a sharp right hand turn the back of my Jeep fishtailed in loose gravel I counter steered but the right side of the Jeep hit the bridge. Not even hard enough where I felt it. The side of the bridge crumbled and fell into the water, the Jeep than fell into the stream landing on the concrete on its right side. The front of the Jeep hit a tree stopping us from rolling farther. I feel very fortunate that no one was killed we were able to get every one out and to a rescue. Three of us went to the hospital passenger side front with a bruised elbow, driver side rear a bruised shoulder passenger side rear a broken collar bone broken rib punctured lung (she is very lucky to be alive ). Thankfully every one worked together to help the injured and stayed calm.

The recovery of the jeep was done the next day we had to drag it backwards on its side 4 ft then using its own winch we dragged the front sideways another 4 ft then we were able to right it. After checking all the fluids it was determined it was ok to try and start the Jeep. It started right up even after laying on its side for 14 hr it then drove out under its own power and was put on a trailer and taken home. We then put up several logs as a temporary guardrail.

shiat, glad to hear all lived, sorry to hear the one was so badly injured.
thankful the Jeep is built tough as it is, more reason for a cage in the future if nothing else.

looking at the pics, probably a good thing you had some momentum as it was, much further backwards and the rock that totalled your rear pass side would have really finished the female who took such a hard hit as it was.
