Radio w/CD Changer control?
While investigating how to run some extra audio devices through the stock 2000 XJ radio system, I found out that the radio that came with it (4-speaker, non-Infinity) supposedly has cd-changer capabillity through a round DIN-style plug on the back, forgot to count the pins before I put the console back together. It's the radio/cassette with 6 presets that can also be used for "direct disc access," and the Mode button says it'll go between radio, tape and CD, though it only toggles between radio and tape at the moment.
Anybody have a pinout for that connector? The FSM acts like it doesn't exist. Best scenario is that shorting 2 pins activates CD mode and it just listens for a line-level input, but maybe I'm being too optimistic.
