its been about 10 years since ive posted on a forum (RIP pirate) so take it easy on my while i figure this all out again.

started building a 95 that i got at auction. i was told that it was a state ran forest service vehicle and it came with a maintenance log so i was pretty happy that i knew it wasnt abused.

Hey guys - New to the forum. Just picked up this 95 less than a week ago. It's my 3rd XJ but it's been a couple years since I've had one...Sure did miss them! She's pretty stock and tame compared to a lot of you in here. Just a simple BB from the previous owner and 30x9.50s...Plans aren't to go too crazy with a build on this one. I want to essentially make it as reliable as possible, upgrade the weak links in the suspension, upgrade the charging/cooling system etc. Will probably stay with the 30x9.50 tire size and eventually ditch the BB for something a little better.

Took her out this morning around Evan's creek to see how she felt off pavement!

I started with a 1988 red 4 door pioneer that was totaled in a hit and run by a drunk driver.

Moved on to a 1989 black 2 door that I parted out after I got annoyed with no ac, no interior, and chasing cracks in the frame.

I now have a 1997 4 door

Anywho since this thread seems to have revived itself, I should update my Jeep status. 2001 WJ 4.0 3" or so mix-n-match lift on 31x10.50x15s currently has loud knock at the rear of the engine. Other Jeep is a 1995 ZJ 4.0 with a Rusty's 5.5" LA and maxis 35s waiting to be installed (anyone wanna help?) I'll get pics eventually.
