Not idling quite the way I want it to

I've got a 90 XJ with the 4.0, and the 5 speed. I just re-gapped my plugs, replaced my wires, knock sensor, and a heater hose. Now it acts like its dropping a cylinder or two when it idles. It is a really rough idle. Ive checked everything I can think of.

Vacuum line to MAP sensor
Wiring to 02 sensor
Double Checked all plug wires & firing order.

Any other ideas out there?

Thanks,
Ecarlcl

This seems to obvious but did you check your ditributor cap and rotor? If not remove it and check the inside of the cap for cracks, moisture or carbon tracks from missfires. I would suggest to change them out if either is suspect at all. Good luck.
