My thoughts too, but its weird how only one side is like that. Guess its worth $20 and dropping the axle

You might try poly isolators or different coil springs.
Rubicon express so there quality coils, might try a different spacer, or none as a diagnostic? Or bad idea?

What should i measure to see ahout this though? Ive taken countless measurements and everything checks out! Its driving me nuts.

Coil spring bow (not your usual case, guarantee you will be stumped)

Thanks for the replies guys, keep bouncing between coil isolator and bent/spun axle, walk me through some diagnosing, since i could hqve measured undesirable points.

I’d recommend keeping your questions under one username and one thread. You posted the same question a year ago. Maybe a moderator can consolidate them into one

A trip to an alignment shop will tell if the caster and camber are correct which will help in diagnosing a bent or twisted tube.

Is the spring seated correctly in the lower perch/bucket? The tail of the spring should sit nicely into a channel, allowing the retainer to be tightened down.

If you look at your lower bump pad relative to your bump tower, it's fairly obvious what's going on. If you don't have a spun or bent axle tube (which should be pretty easy to rule out), your axle isn't centered.

Do you have side pictures of your rig? What about wheel base measurements?

Re: Coil spring bow (not your usual case, guarantee you will be stumped)

Looks like the passenger side tube is spun to me. Put a angle finder on the flat part of the coil seat on each side. Should be obvious in short order.

Passenger tube spun, control arm mounts bent or control arm is bent. My money is on the axle tube.
