Fuel cell in a 2000 XJ & Check Engine light

I've had a fuel cell installed in a 2000 XJ and am getting codes that I'm working on resolving.

I should have a sending unit here in the next week or so.

Will I have any problems with the OBDII leak check w/ a 16 gallon JAZ fuel cell installed?

I have the fill plumbed to the stock fill location and cap.
I will have the vent hooked into the evap
I will have a stock-reading fuel sending unit
I will have the battery temp sensor put back in (didn't know I needed that).

Has anyone done something like this and can share details of what it took to make the Check Engine light go away so that I can pass the emissions check?

TIA!
