Evporator leaking

When it kept leaking freon, I took my 01 XJ to a shop and they told me it would cost $1000 bucks to replace a leaking evaporator. I decided to do it own my own. It took me seven hours to take the dash loose and replace the evaporator on my own. After a few busted knuckles and about 130 dollars (for the evaporator) later it was a done deal. when I get the chance, I am going to post pictures for those of you guys who don't have a thousand bucks to drop. Maybe the pics will help out the do-it-yourselfers like me.

I had mine recharged last year for the first time. They guy said it was "half full".

It's been holding so far this year, but I've only used the air a handful of times.
