5 mile 2-18
Hit 5 mile canyon today with a couple of buddies. Its pretty sloppy and wet out there, but there were a ton of rigs out on the trails. Had a good time, but broke the welds on my front DS going up Rattlesnake.
      This is where I broke the shaft. The dirt was so wet that I started digging in trying to pull the rear over the rock.   Ryan giving Wyanes World a try. It was really wet and the base was just soupy mud. We didn't see anyone make it up while we were up there.  On the way down from Waynes World I blew a seal in my steering box and had to limp back to the trail head ( and then back home)with no power steering. Looks like its time for hydro assist! |
