I'm selling my 1996 Cherokee Classic 4.0 with 104,000 miles, b/c I just picked up a TJ.
There isn't much left for anyone to do to this XJ. Runs great and here is a run-down of what I did:

BFG 32" MTs on black rockcrawler rims 15x8

RE Heavy duty adjustable track bar
Rusty's Engine Skid
XJ Nation TCase Skid
Custom Front Winch bumper (AJ's Offroad Armor) no winch (I'm keeping it)
C4x4 rear tire carrier bumper
Tomken gas tank skid
New Radiator & water pump
Manual locks and windows
AC developed a leak right before winter so it is there but not working
