Waiting for my new front Bilstein 5165's to arrive to replace a broken RE monotube. Getting antsy to drive the XJ again.

Re: How ill-prepared are you?

I've been told I need to show up and I am several thousand miles away, my jeep is on 3 wheels and a high lift with half the d30 torn apart, with a bad starter.

All I need to take the red Jeep is shocks and to fix the gaping exhaust leak I picked up on Swamp Lake. After that I'm ready go.

Maybe I'll even get it ready before the zero hour!

Re: How ill-prepared are you?

It's all back in one piece now, but I'm not driving 2900 miles with a 10 foot ginpole and a dana 60 dangling from the front bumper so I'll have to pass.
