1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ "Rubicon" 4.0L inline 6, AX15 manual transmission, NP231 transfercase, Built Jeep TJ Rubicon Dana 44 axles, manual door locks, manual windows, cruise control. Arizona Jeep its entire life, bought from Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep in 1998. I am the second owner and got it from a longtime family friend that used it as a commuter and had only engaged the 4wd a hand full of times on dirt roads. I have done all the modifications myself from bone stock when I got it.

This has been my daily driver for over 5 years now and it has never let me down. When I got the jeep I replaced the entire cooling system and charging system and steering components (including pump and hoses) with new NAPA parts. I replaced all of the clutch components and installed a new Crankshaft Position Sensor while I was there. I built this XJ as a daily driver/weekend warrior with all the good stuff so I wouldn't have to worry. I used this Jeep as a commuter to West Texas last summer without hesitation or issue. It is the most fuel efficient (17-18 mpg) and happy driving down the highway at 70mph with the cruise control on and the AC blowing.
This is the 3rd Cherokee XJ that I built and intended for it to be my last. I am only selling because I am stepping up to a JK for more space.

With that being said, I am including all of my XJ spare parts in this sale. This includes but is not limited to; lights, axle shafts, hardware, fender flares, u-joints, relays, hub bearings, alternator, power steering pump, hoses, sensors, etc... Most everything is in boxes or plastic totes. Do with it what you want but, it comes with the Jeep!

Please understand that this is a 20 years old XJ that has been used off-road but, not abused. I know that I am forgetting some of the things about it so just call or email me with questions. Asking $8500 or best offer. Please, be reasonable with the offers and do not waste my time with low ball offers. If you are a Jeep or XJ guy, you know how much this build took. I am willing to deliver to the states surrounding AZ for the cost of fuel.

Looks like a great setup. If I had room for another jeep I would snap this up.
