F/S in MA: 1997 4.0 w/109k, blown head gasket and likely cracked head

As said in title, I have an engine available from a '97 XJ. 4.0, 109k on it, had great oil pressure, idled beautifully, but wouldn't stop spitting coolant from the radiator. It was removed and confirmed blown head gasket, very likely to have cracked the head as well.

I'd hate to scrap it because of how well it ran despite the issues. No intake or exhaust manifold as they were used on new setup.
