You should find lots of parts because most people do go the other way in this case.

The crossmemeber can be reused. JY parts are the way to go.

The driveshafts are a differennt length? I have a manual, and I was planning on pulling a front shaft to use on the rear. Maybe it won't make much of a difference. It'll be hard finding a manual 4x4 ina junkyard if they are different...

Driveshaft lengths are different. You cna use a front shaft in the rear unless you have a SYE.
