JUst want to check that I'm not missing anything b4 I hand my jeep over to the install shop monday. (I know, I should do it myself, but It's a 115 degrees here)
So I have an existing 3" bastard budget lift, and I'm keeping the following to work with the new stuff to make a 4.5":
Bumpstops extensions
Extended brakelines
JKS disconects
1.5" lift shakles (http://www.rocky-road.com/xjshackle.html)
New components to be installed:
Adjustable track bar (rough country)
Fixed lower control arm (http://rustysoffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=AUA-2)
Adjustable upper control arm (http://rustysoffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ALA-2)
4.5" coils (http://rustysoffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ROR405)
3" Leafs (http://rustysoffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=XJ-2)
Rusty's front and rear shocks for a 4.5" lift
New Rusty's steering stabalizer
The only thing I can think of is that the shop will have to look at the rear pinion angle after the install and see what degree shims it needs. I don't currently have a SYE, and don't plan to do it right now. I expect the driveline angles can be set to be free of vibes for now, however I do know that I may need a SYE and slip shaft before going offroad depending on how much travel I get after the lift. I plan to in the near future.
Anthing else I am forgetting for parts? or anything I'm not taking into account that may cause the shop to call me with questions?
Thanks for the help.
