I haven't done any bending in awhile. This is just a bend I had left over from a project.

Might tie a roof rack to carry a spare when it said and done
 
Thanks. My metal supplier didnt have 1 3/4 tube in stock. They had to order out of salt lake so I told them to hold of. I did get 500 in 2" .25 square tube and 1/4" x5 and 4" plate

I think I'm going to cut fender hack 1 3/4" and weld tubes in. To strength and give a better sliding surface.
 
a little boxy for me, but they look solid. nice work
 
Yeah me to wish I found some bigger tube to make my bending jig.

My die is 5.5 clr so itl hide the body fender
