rusty's off road coupon and TB spacer?

Do any of you have a coupon code for rusty's off road? I'm about to make a purchase and I'd like to save on the $40 dollars for shipping they want to rape me with. Also...is it worth it to buy their $60 TB spacer or should I just buy one on ebay for $20?

I got one off ebay for 15-20$.

and did the ebay one have noticable difference did it bolt right on?
