Flange style yoke or standard yoke?

I currently have a broken 242 as my t case, broke it twice and Im done with it. I will be getting a 231 and an advance adapters sye in the nextfew weeks and I am running a rubicon express drive shaft and a hack and tap sye. My question is; should I stick with the flange style yoke or go with the standard style yoke? With the advance adapters sye it gives me the option for one or the other. Which would the stronger of the two be?

I like the standard yoke as you can use the front shaft as a spare.
