Need New Front Shocks

My 91 Cherokee 4x4 Needs new Front Shocks. I measured and the passanger side without the shock is 26 inches expanded, and 14-15 compressed (anyone know how much lift I have???). This measurement is eye to eye with the BPE installed. What shocks should I go with? What are my options? I don't like real soft shocks. Don't mind a little stiff. I was thinking some rancho 5000's or something like that. Any suggestions appreciated.

WEll, I've got 5000's on my '89 and I like them. They're not too soft at all, and they don't knock the fillings out of your teeth either. I do probably 90% of my driving on the hard stuff, works there, and on the trail they work too.
