I was sitting at a signal today when I noticed that the Jeep liberty, next to me, had rear disc brakes. This may be another potential source of rear disc brakes for the chrysler axle.

IIRC they are the same axle but good luck finding one in a boneyard.

Yes, they are a bolt on to the 8.25. Unfortuneately most of the KJs are still on the road, not in the junk yard where they should be.

I think it's only 2003+ KJs that have them, too...
