I bought these (EV6/4-hole) last year for my 2k, but I can't find much info on them. My question is will they work for my new stroker?

what year is your rig again? If you're on a newer returnless system, they should be fun (will be 24# at 50 psi).
if you're on an older 39 psi system, they'll be a bit small.

It's a 2000, so yes my pressure is 49psi.

won't work for me, these are the newer USCAR/EV6 fittings. flow ratings seems to vary a bit from the above info. 220cc/min = 21#/hr @ 3bar -> 49psi/22.3#/hr
