Waggy 44 and ARBs w/ compressor

I have a waggy rear 44 that I want to get rid of. It has no brakes, but I do have the caliper bracket that allow you to use waggy front brake parts on the rear. It's got stock gears in it (3.07s I believe) and I have replaced the outer bearings and seals, which cost me $80 just in parts!
I also have 2 ARBs that fit waggy 44s (or other 30 spline 44s) and the compressor. They are all brand new in the boxes.
I wanna get rid of this stuff, but I cant find the reciept to see how much I bought it for, so for now... just make me an offer.

What do you think it would cost to get the brakes ready to go and axle ready to install? My neighbor builds fullsize rock rigs so he may help me out with any fabing or welding.
