Engine running cold

Well I solved my overheating issue with a new fan clutch and temp sensor, but now my jeeps running just below 210, probably I'd say like 200-205. Could this potentially be a problem? Its a 96 with the I6.
 
IF you find yourself in extreme cold and need the engine to warm up a bit more you can steal an idea from the big trucks--cut some cardboard to fit in front of the radiator and block some of the airflow through it.
